Can you believe it is already 2022? 2021 was a roller coaster of good experiences and learning experiences for all of us! We ended 2021 with some exciting giveaways with our "12 Days of Giving." We gave away AirPod Pros, an Air Fryer, a Projector, a Waffle Maker, an Amazon Alexa, a Portable Speaker, a Fire Stick, a Karaoke Machine, a Keurig, a Record Player, a Soda Stream, and finally an iPad Mini! It was a great end to our year. So far this year we have hit over 70% preleased for Fall of 2022, did a few different fun giveaways, and hosted a virtual Kahoot Property-Wide Trivia night which the 1st prize winner won a $50 Amazon E-Gift Card, 2nd prize winner won a $15 Amazon E- Gift Card, and our 3rd Prize winner won UV Merchandise and a whole case of Red Bull! We hope for this New Year to be filled with successes and even more fun events for our Residents!
